Sounds like you're doing many of the right things! I would suggest two things...
- Trim your ends. You didn't mention if you get them trimmed, but just in case you do not, be sure to visit your Hairstylist every 2 to 3 months or as needed for your trims. This will help to maintain the ends from splitting up the hair shaft and help you to retain length.
- Hair vitamins. Vitamins will provide nutritional support to your hair follicles to aid in beautiful, healthy hair strands. A balanced diet is a great way to start, but it won't hurt to target your hair strands. I believe in an inside-out approach :)
